  • Ahhh .. i would say no. I drink 2 cups a day at least ... with skim milk and a splenda each. Even if you drink coffee without anything it has calories .. but more than that, it doesn't hydrate. I can't give you the "real" reason why ... but no .. i definitely would say no.

  • Pooo .. i definetly can't do it during the day. My lunch hours are only a 1/2 hour long because I leave at 2:30 on Fridays ... it's worth it to get out real early on Fridays.
