I wouldn't expect results only ten days in. Patience is a virtue.

In my area they usually add pork fat to the ground deer to give it more of a 'hamburger' consistancy.

As many as I can before I collapse. They seriously suck.

Also, I replaced my easy chair with an exercise bike. So I ride it while watching TV! Best decision I ever made. I watch less TV and when I do watch at least I'm being productive.

I routinely burn over 1000 calories a day. I wake up super early to hit the gym before work and use the elliptical for 40 minutes. After work I usually take a class (step, Kettlebell, bootcamp, HIIT) or take my son swimming or both. MFP tends to estimate high on the calorie burns they assign so I take the number with a…

At my particular gym the weight room is seperate and overflowing with puffed up men. It is scary to walk into a room full of men as the only female and try to figure out the machine, weights, etc. when you have no prior experience. I have braved it a few times, but feel really stupid because I think I'm doing it wrong.

Ground Beef! I really love corny jokes.

The first time I made this I totally botched it by forgetting it in the oven. lol It was terrible and my house smelled like burnt almonds.

Thank you! It is getting much harder to lose since I am way more active than I have ever been, but I have been taking classes and joined a gym to up the intensity. Hopefully this time next year I will be at my goal weight.

I am also interested in weight lifting, but fear the weight room at our gym. It is all super puffed up guys who look/act like they live there and you are an intruder. I think if I had some idea of what I was doing it wouldn't be so intimidating, but I have to spend 5 minutes at every machine trying to figure out how they…

We cook every night for our family of three and take the leftovers for lunch the next day. Any excess leftovers are eaten on the designated 'leftover night'. It's not like we spend hours cooking every day, but whoever is home from work first gets it done. We don't make larger quantities of anything because it goes to…

I think you are setting yourself up for failure if you are only eating organic/ non GMO/ pesticide free/hormone free/grass fed etc. EVERYTHING. It will be too hard to find anything to meet your expectations and you will either starve or give up. A non organic banana will not kill you or ruin your diet.

In my personal experience I need a day of rest or two a week. If I exercise everyday my weightloss seems to stall. I think my body needs recovery time.

I either have eggs with veggies and meat thrown in or I make a pan of paleo pumpkin bars or somthing similar so I can just grab them and go in the morning. I think my recipe came from paleomg.com. *I lieu of eggs (because I don't have reading comprehension skills) you can always just eat some meat and veggies. I often just…

When I *need something sweet and I am being strict I go with raw honey. It is sooooooo good.

I hadn't ran in years and I completed my first 5k in August. I used the couch to 5k program and now I am a 'runner'. I used to hate it and now I love it. I am super slow, but it doesn't matter because really you are competing with yourself. I am happy as long as I cross that finish line.

My goal is to have more willpower when it comes to sugar and eat more vegetables. I have no issue with most things paleo and love how it makes me feel when I'm strict, but if there is cake in my presence I MUST EAT IT. lol The same for pizza. It's like my brain dies and I forget that I will feel like crap after I eat that.
