  • The's supposed to be a pattern to my huffing and puffing? Well, I learn new things every day! This may really help my running!
  • Every day- there are ups and downs, and I only log the lowest weight, after the low number, it usually goes back up for a few days, but eventually it goes back down.
  • My standbys- Bagel thin, light cream cheese, and a fruit Egg white French toast topped with fruit.- found some great 65 calorie 9 grain bread- so I usually have 2 slices Oatmeal Egg white omelet with ham or sausage, peppers, mushrooms, or whatever veggies I have on hand Cottage cheese with light yogurt mixed in.

  • Have fun!! Others have given you some great advice- I've den 3 sprint tris, only I'm chicken of the open water, and mine have all been pool swims.
  • I used to make yogurt all the time- I'll have to start again! I just use a thermos jug, and put it in a cooler half full of HOT water. Yum- never thought to strain the liquid off and make Greek style!.

I'm logging my workouts now- but thought this would be more accurate in telling how many calories I burned, But if it doesn't work all that well in the water, I'd probably just get frustrated with it!   • Quaker rice "popped" are a good substitute for me- they Have ranch and cheddar flavoring, and a few others. I took some to a family dinner- and even the kids picked the cheese ones over potato chips-- of course, the 7yr old said that's cuz they tasted like Cheetos. :/.
