You could slice them like fries, add some olive oil and bake them and use marina for dipping.

Yep. I've been walking a few miles a day but haven't done any outright cardio until today. I did about 20 minutes worth. Tomorrow I intend on adding one more ten minute video+pilates+walking, and so on, until I reach at least 60-90 minutes a day.

It's working out fine.

I love me a warm breakfast so I like breakfast burritos with salsa and egg cups. You can make them the night before and put them in the freezer then pop them in the oven or microwave. Tasty, tasty and very filling.

I do that, too. One time I wanted some McDonald's so I logged it before I left and my jaw dropped. I did not get McDonald's and instead made some wraps at home.

Look at my past few days. I definitely log on the bad days, too. Sometimes I forget a day completely, even if it's good, but I don't intentionally forget nor do I ignore bad days. I log it all.

Fast food. I can "give up" sugar no problem because I don't have a sweet tooth at all. Give me a fat savory burger and some fries, a quesadilla slathered in sauce and a taco from taco bell and I'm a happy girl. I'm not eating those things right now (well, trying to) but I'm not eliminating them completely because...they're…

You have more issues than gaining weight if your boyfriend is supportive and is only with you for your looks. Ditch him and find someone who appreciates you no matter what.

Do your research, go to the best guy in town (he'll be worth the money), and put it in an intelligent place.
-
Why can't you cook? You're eating a lot of fast food and hardly any veggies, fruit, or protein! Fast food is a lot more than 500mg extra sodium, it's fat content and highly processed. It's barely able to be called meat.

I do not eat any of those. Sometimes white rice if I'm having sushi but that's once every 6 months.

I support it and follow the idea that it should not be 'same sex marriage', it's just MARRIAGE.

*slow clap* That is awesome.

Oh I got a head start. I have a pepsi throwback and just scarfed down 3 pieces of pizza. If I could kick myself in the face I would. I so freaking would.

The outside of the wrappers get crispy but the inside stays pretty soft. I put one won ton wrapper in a muffin tin, low-fat ricotta cheese, ground turkey, pasta sauce, and mozzerella. Then another won ton wrapper with another layer of ingredients and they go in the oven at 350 for about 15 minutes.

Thanks for posting. I love snickerdoodles :D

I like tofu. It's a new addition to my diet since I don't like how meat tastes most of the time. I just cooked some this afternoon. A little olive oil, 1/2 cup of cubed tofu, 1/2 cup of red peppers and 1/2 cup of yellow peppers all on a bed of yummy spinach and grape tomatoes. Fan-freakin' tastic.

I think I might try this with greek yogurt instead of cottage cheese, and coconut milk. We're minimal on dairy in this house since the s/o is lactose intolerant.

This sounds amazing. I love new spins on food. My recent spin on lasagna was using won ton wrappers as the noodle layers. Each lasagna cup comes to about 130 calories.

Oh rock on! This sounds delicious!

I love soda. I don't drink it more than twice a month now, but I love it. It's just so damn tasty. My favorite is Barqs rootbeer, followed by cherry dr. pepper and sunkist.

I don't eat back my exercise calories.
-
You need more vegetables, more protein, and..I'd avoid the frozen meals if possible.
-
I'll probably make salmon and have some quiona with it. I need to get some veggies, too.
-
I do it because even though I'm fat I still get stares from sexy, sexy morning commuters watching my jugs bounce up and down. I'm vain. I know.
-
At least 250 calories? I'll have to remember that. I eat breakfast every morning but it's usually small. I love eggs and bacon. I thought about finding some low sodium bacon to make my own breakfast sandwiches. My days always went better when I made a homemade mcmuffin.

As far as I know I don't have any medical issues preventing fruit from being properly digested or making me tired. Neither can I. I'm capable of spending the majority of my week eating healthy but if I couldn't have a kiwi, a slice of pizza, or my homemade cookie-brownie-oreo-fudge tower..well that would just be a sad…

I want to troll the one million moms FB page soooo bad.

You look great. I am 5'3", and was 145 before I got pregnant. When I delivered on 4/10/10 I was 210lbs, so your story is really personal and motivating for me! And walking? That's what I do. I try to walk 6 miles a day and do 30 minutes or so of pilates. :) It kind of bums me out when people tell me walking isn't real…

That sounds like a much better idea than cutting it out entirely. Perhaps that's why I usually read about people putting peanut butter on almost all fruit.
