My husband and myself just started eating low carb yesterday. Day one was good. Day two looks promising. I am worried though that I won't know what to eat. I would appreciate any advice anyone has to offer.

Going to Tim Horton's with co-workers just for the walk and not ordering anything. Not even a tea as I can make my own tea here at work.

I am on day 3 of the shred and i feel like Jillian is truly kicking my butt right now. I keep reading messages like the ones above and it keeps me motivated. Does anybody know any men who have done the shred? I am trying to talk my husband into doing it with me.

I roast my chicken the same way as Lisammy. I also though put half an onion in the cavity of the chicken. I find it adds a bit of extra flavour to the chicken as well.

I would love to join the challenge! My current weight is about 147 and I would love to lose at least six pounds before the end of May. I would love to head into the summer months feeling better about myself.

Vancouver has a new(ish) transit line called the Canada Line. It has a train that goes from the Airport to the downtown area (you could get off at either Granville or Waterfront Station. You would be downtown in about 30/40 minutes tops. There is a bus at the Waterfront Station that would take you to Granville Island,…

Did you all find that the workout actually works? I bought the dvd at Wal-Mart for about $5.00 and I haven't tried it yet but am thinking of doing so tomorrow.

I started MFP about a month or so ago. I tracked my food but not every day. I am doing so much better but sometimes forget to track on the weekends. I have a goal of losing about 15-20lbs and also need encouragement to keep me motivated. I am trying to hit the gym at least three times a week now and always love how I feel…
