If you don't drink it black, it is not the coffee that you are craving, it is really the cream and sugar that you love. Maybe try a different brand of coffee? If you don't want to drink it black maybe you can cut the amount of the items you are adding? Maybe find another way to get caffeine each day?

I suffered a sever strain a few years ago. I find that still today by the end of a run it feels tight sometimes. I have learned to know the limit to avoid re injury. Make sure you are allowing enough time between running days to give the injured site time to recover and listen to what your calf muscle is telling you. Some…

I would just try some different ones until you find one you like. Honestly, if you don't enjoy the taste of black coffee just choose something else that has caffeine. Maybe tea?

you might research the DASH diet. It is not really a diet but a style of eating a lower sodium diet with the intention of stopping hypertension.

I have a problem with sweets and fast food. I just can't control myself and so I just don't keep them in the house and I work hard on the ability to drive past a fast food place.

I've been there too. We were together for almost 2 years. I became close with his family and he with mine. One evening, we had dinner together and he took me back home. When we got to my house, he stated very matter of factly, that he had decided he was not interested in being a husband and a father. He had been the one…

I can see that you don't actually like coffee but rather the stuff that goes into it like cream and sugar. Maybe you can cut down on the amount per day or week? Maybe you could switch to tea or something you do like the plain taste of without needing to put in extras? I like my coffee as I like my men, strong and bitter:)

not likely, if you want to lose 1 lb you need to decrease calories by 3500. I don't think that will be safe for you to do daily for 10 days.

I was married at 20 yrs old and it lasted 10 years before I was traded in for a newer model...it didn't seem so at the time, but now I see it was the nicest thing he ever did for me:)

I enjoy plain Cheerios. I also enjoy Raisin Bran but sometimes that is a little calorie dense depending on how many cals you have available for breakfast.

I attribute my weight loss to calorie restriction and not the metformin. I find that I am less hungry while taking it and it has improved my blood work. I have been taking it almost 6 months now in addition to Lisonopril for blood pressure.

Weight the marinade before and after. Subtract to find out how much is actually on the meat.

Are you still in touch with your eating disorder medical team? Perhaps they can give some direction. Honestly, if you don't know how many calories your body needs and how many you are actually taking in, you will struggle.

I have an 11 year old and I work full time. It's a lot to do but somehow I make it work. I use my lunch break at work to workout.

I typically do, because it is not something I do everyday. I don't, however, include cleaning the house because I often do that each day as part of my routine.

working out helps me to relieve stress and occupies my mind for a while.

Look for the DASH diet(Dietary approaches to stop hypertension). I have found many books in the library on the subject.

I was instructed to walk and not lift anything heavier than baby. I think until your 6 week checkup those will be your options... and possibly for many weeks after that also.

Many restaurants publish nutrition information. do a search for the restaurant and see what pops up. if it is a mom and pop type place maybe decide generally what you are planning to eat and look up the components to see approximately what you will be consuming.

Tracking during pregnancy is a great idea. Try the 1700 per day for a few weeks, if you are gaining at an appropriate rate then you are all set. If you are still losing or not gaining enough, recalculate.

Have you spoken with a doctor or therapist? If you are struggling to get out of bed in the morning perhaps they can help.

I measure mine at the same time every evening and record it on a piece of paper. I try to review the trend rather than to worry about each daily reading. I am currently medicated for my high blood pressure and the daily routine is the suggestion of my doctor.
