How do you count the calories of meat that has been marinated?

Made homemade doner kebabs and the meat is marinated in olive oil, etc. When I import the recipe it counts the calories of the marinade ingredients. Is that right? It seems weird since the meat doesn't soak up all of the marinade. How would you track it? Would You add in all off the calories from the marinade?

Weight the marinade before and after. Subtract to find out how much is actually on the meat.2
