I go almost everyday during lunch. I belong to the gym just down the street from work. I do cardio and circut training on alternate days for 30 mins. That leaves me enough time to change and shower before I head back to work. I lost 30 lbs last year with that routine. KB

Try different workout dvds or utube. some you might like. Others you might hate. You will just have to stick with it. If you can only do the first 10 mins, that's great because it was 10 minutes more than you did yesterday. Just do 10 mins to start then every few days try to do a min longer.

When making things at home I use the receipe builder part of this site. I usually log everything but dinner 1st thing in the morning. When I determine what dinner will be I log it after.

It may be best to check with the dr but nursing moms are encouraged to add 300 cals to thier diet.

Its just water weight. Don't weigh everyday if it bothers you. I usually weigh in weekly.

while giving up meat on friday's and ash wed during lent is traditional, it is really about the sacrifice. If you choose to eat meat on those days just make another sacrifice in your life. It doesn't have to be all about "giving up" anything. Many people choose to do something extra. Maybe one chooses to pray daily, or…

it is simply calories in vs calories out. If all the fruit you are eating is still under your goal calories you will lose weight.

I usually do it in the morning each day. It helps to know what the plan is:)

I would check the suggested calories. search the forum for in place of a roadmap. I am 6 ft and about 260 and my cal intake suggestion is lower than what you mentioned. Couldn't hurt:)

It's a good problem to have:) I didn't realize how much weight was lost until I lost my ID and had to replace it only to find it again a few days later.

I am a snacker really so I pack lots of fruit and cut up veggies, cans of soup, etc for work each day. People who walk by lust think all I do is eat lol but it works for me. I still go out to eat occassionally with the group but I check the menu online to guide my choices before I go:)

I've been there but then a friend told me :just do what you can." I started going to classes at lunchtime and I would just hide in the back. When I needed to stop, I just marched in place and picked back up when I was ready. Before I knew it I didn't need to stop anymore:) Give it a shot

Keep track here...use the notes section in the exercise tab

As others have mentioned don't over think this process. Take baby steps. This week log everything you eat no matter what. Next week make adjustments to that eating pattern in order to stay under your goal. Perhaps you can commit to x number of days at the gym this week or x servings of fruit and veggies this week. Take it…

Have you had any testing done at your dr's office? Thyroid disorders can cause you to be unusually tired.

I am registered for the 28th. I have been running outside and alternating that with the following circut training The tough mudder workout: Exercise 1 - Running Man To get yourself in peak cardio condition, you can either: 1) Get on a treadmill. Start jogging at a slow comfortable pace for the first 5 minutes, then…

I've done the color run. I would encourage you to have her wear sunglasses (if she will leave them on lol) or goggles to keep it out of her eyes. There were lots of kiddos (and pets too) at the color run.

Can you still tell at what speed you are walking? You can prob use an online calculator in that case. a heart rate monitor would tell you also

I used a book called "Run your Butt off'. It is similar to couch to 5k in that you walk and run at intervals until you are able to run for 30 mins straight.
