I have been at this for about three weeks now and I have only lost 3 pounds. Do not get discouraged. Are you excercising? I find that that is the most important thing for me because even if I do not lose weight or inches , I feel so much better physically and emothionaly when I excercise regularly!

Yes I do this as well . I weigh myself in the morning and then again at night and yes I vowed I would not weigh myself until Friday but guess what I did this morning? Oh well keep trying! I get discouraged when the numbers go up even slightly. I am going to wait until Friday now to weigh in. I can do it!
