I'm in the same boat I've been on this for 2 weeks watching everything that goes in my mouth but I haven't lost a pound, I think I'm suppose to be fat.

I have 2 big dogs we walk them every morning for 1 to 1 1/2 hours then at night we try to take them for a bike run, they love it
