I tried them too. They upset my tummy a little bit too. A little too rich and greasy. Debbie

How about water exercise. The pool at my gym seems to always have some folks walking or jogging - some are older or out of shape (me and me). But there have also been a couple of athletes that look like they are recovering from injuries. Debbie

Hi All: Week Three check in: Miles walked: 74 - Just a mile away from goal: Exercise Classes: This week I got 4 classes in - good but I've missed a lot of classes this month Weight: I'm down 4.5 pounds since the beginning of the month. I may not make my lofty 7 pound goal (that's a lot for me) but we'll see. Debbie

I am so sorry for your loss MelWilson, Debbie

I've lost three pounds this week - after losing nothing last week. But I'm going to have to change my exercise class goal. I didn't realize the ladies that teach the class are going on vacation this week and I am going to visit my sister at the end of April so I'll probably only get a few classes in this month. I'm well on…

Sounds like you've had a great couple of weeks Tnnkwalkins: This has been my rockiest week so far. Got my exercise in walking like crazy but I was in New York City for 4 days and I really went off the rails diet wise. Weighed myself this morning and I'd gained weight for the first time since joining MFP two and half months…

Hi everyone. I'm so glad we're having an April challenge. The March one really helped. Here are my April goals: 1. Walk 75 miles. Gonna be difficult because I've got a trip with my wonderful little sister whom I only get to see once or twice a year at the end of the month and she isn't a walker. 2. Three exercise classes a…

Would love an April challenge. The March challenge was extremely motivating. Debbie

I made this month's weight loss goal plus some (wanted to lose 6 and ended up losing 8). This is the best month I've had since joining MFP. The March challenge has been a great motivator. Next month I'm going to change my walking goal to miles rather than steps though. I got mixed up on my steps goal. Too many big numbers.…

Hauer01: Glad you're feeling better. I had pneumonia last year and I remember it took a long while before I felt myself again. Debbie

Wow Hauer01: That's amazing. Great work! Debbie

Good for you Csouto. Today was my weigh in day. I lost about a pound and a half this week. I'm close to my March goal (six pounds). A little ahead of the game on my exercise goals too (walk 60,000 steps a week and go to exercise class 3 days a week).

Walking and exercise are on target - and I'm only a pound away from my goal. Hurrah! I have been starved the last few days though. I'm not sure why I'm so much hungrier this week. I haven't been eating less. If anything I've been eating a little more. Hopefully it will pass. Debbie

Wow melwilson6. That's amazing. Good for you. Debbie

Sounds wonderful. Thanks!!

Wow: Congratulations both of you. I weigh myself every two weeks because I'm a slow loser and I get discouraged when I don't see any progress - so I won't weigh myself until next Thursday. But on my other two goals I've done 10,000 steps for three days in a row and I should get there today as well. I've also done 4…

Goals for March: Lose 6 pounds Walk 240,000 steps (hope that's right - trying for 60,000 a week starting this week). Go to exercise class 3 times a week I'm a slow loser but I've got my fingers crossed!
