  • I am a new mama sort of....I just had baby #3 three months ago. I have quite a ways to go since I am losing the weight from the last two babies. Feel free to add me if you want. :-)
  • I am trying very hard to lose about 40lbs. I have two kids and the weight crept up and I have made up my mind to make it go away for good! You can do it! Persistance is key!!
  • I read a study once that said it takes 3 months to break or develop a habit. So I say stick with it! You can do it!! One day at a time and remember you can come on here for support any time you want to talk about it.

  • Well...I looked at your food diary and if you are tracking everything you are eating than you are NOT eating enough at all.   • I listen to a lot of hip hop and my fave is still 'shake that a@#!'. I don't know if that is your type of music or not but it sure gets me moving ;)

  • I don't know about you or what your fitness level is but I use a stationary bike for 30-60 min everyday (depending on how long the baby will nap for haha). It burns a lot of calories and is a great from of exercise....and I can watch my fave show while I do it!!:laugh:
