  • I can understand having a gun if you live in an areas where bears and alligators are regularly seen to protect yourself from them but if your in the middle of a city I don't see why your government hasn't banned guns. Can't be any coincidence that theres been quite a few shootings in America (where its legal to carry guns)…
  • Definately a mental battle rather than physical. I was running 3miles in about 25/26mins very comfortably round a lake near my house. One day I decided I would up it to running the lake twice and I found biggest battle was mentally slowing myself down to start with then another battle when I was approaching end of the 1st…
  • Both brilliant in their own right and don't think you could really disagree with the fact that they are one of the best if not the best ever in their own sports. Think it will be interesting to see if Bolt can do the same again in 2016 or see whether he tries the 400m tho.
  • Have you tried the smaller dairy milk bars? Only about 90 calories and you usually find them with animal bars and kid size milky bars so you'll have a choice. Curly Wurlys arent too bad for calories either. And the weight watchers chocolate bars are very nice but not very big, so theres a few suggestions for you :)
  • Have you tried getting frozen meat? Just feels like a cold stone when you take it out the pack so might be easier for you to handle and obviously you wouldn't touch it with your hands once it comes out. Also its a lot cheaper, I got 1.5kg of chicken from Sainsburys for £6 last week which is about 10 decent sized breasts…
  • In my opinion you can find sources on the internet that help you argue for/against anything you want even that Men In Black is based on a true story! End of day just do whatever works best for you!
  • What I try to do is plan everything a day in advance so I know exactly what to eat. It helps massively as I know exactly what to get out of the freezer so I'm not 'hunting' and finding the rubbish foods that would tempt me if i wasn't sure what I wanted. It also helps with obsessing as well as you don't need to look again…
  • Ran 6 miles without stopping for first time ever and could probably have done more if it wasnt starting to get dark
  • I couldn't stand Diet Coke until a few months ago but I tried the Lemon & Lime Diet Coke and the Cherry Diet Coke and I think they are a lot nicer. If I haven't got the option of them two tho I will go for Coke Zero though but only if theres no Sprite Zero on offer.
