You can add me I have lost 11 on here but 32 all together and I have about 100 to go:smile:

1. Log everything on here, even if you go over, just think before you might have been eating double the calories (at least Im sure I was) 2. Get moving, as much as possible. Walking is great!! 3. Try to drink half your weight in water each day. Oh and try not to eat processed food. Good luck!! :smile:
