quite a while each time, i've always hung on to my weight though. I'm just one of those people who finds it major hard lol i lose when im on 1200.. nothing major though. most the time only 1/2 a lb a month or 1lb if im lucky

whenever I up my calories I just maintain or put on weight. I've tried 1300 a day, 1400 a day, 1500 a day... even 2000 a day. But doesn't work for me :(

i'm having exactly the same issue! Although to be honest this week has been terrible for me, i've been pretty naughty when its come to food. I'll follow this thread :)

i'll eat some back if i'm hungry.. but say if i've had a day out with the kids and we've been walking for hours plus a workout so I burn a thousand or more then no. No point eating so much i'll make myself sick lol

Oops forgot to mention I went to a phase where I didn't log properly before I stopped logging completely! I honestly do not eat that little I wouldn't be able to cope lol! I also forgot to mention that I tried a little experiment for a week or two where I stopped logging fruit and veg! I'm a little scared at doing strength…

Oh I forgot to add that in my post before.. I'm allergic to eggs and my daughter doesn't like them! (I'm only allergic to plain eggs like scrambled, fried and mayo for example cakes and things are fine!) And I don't like fish apart from tuna lol!

Everyone thanks for the replies! Just wanna say I DON'T usually weigh myself daily, I just wanted to make sure that upping my calories wasn't backfiring, cause I didn't want to put on a ton of weight back on then find out lol. I just had a little panic this morning, been trying so hard and completely forgot about water etc…

Thank you for replying :) For a few weeks I was making myself meals of mainly veg and chicken, or soups or small pasta dishes. But last night I had homemade flapjacks and two bowls of beef stew. And then also snacks in the evening (mainly fruit) I try not to weigh myself everyday I usually weigh once every 5-7 days.

Honestly? To be able to be comfortable with my other half in the bedroom! Thats the main reason, but of course because i'd love to just go into a shop and pick up a top instead for hunting for my size right at the back of the rail! :)

I have my cheat days on a Sunday so that I can have myself a beast of a Sunday roast with all the trimmings! I couldn't live without a meal like that once a week lol

I smoked for 9 years and I got myself an electronic cigarette to help me quit. I've not had a cigarette for 7 weeks today! :) Not sure what else you could try if that didn't work for you though!

i always seem to exercise quite a bit in the day, usually i do 30 -40 mins cardio in the gym, walk for 2+ hours and do 30 mins on the wii fit in the evening and I of course feel tired but never overly sore or anything. I don't have a hot water bottle, I had a quick look on google and it suggested to take some ibuprofen so i've had a couple of them! Don't have time for a bath until tonight guys :( I nearly dropped a glass because I couldn't grip it, this is insane lol never been so sore for a workout in all my life lol
