I can do 30 mins on resistance 6 on the cross trainer no problem, but when I get off my feet are numb and they feel horrible! Starting losing weight on and off since jan/feb this year. Starting weight - 188lbs Current weight - 170lbs I'm 5ft 2. My goal weight is 126lbs, but i've decided that if I like my body before I get to that weight then i'll stop at what ever weight I am :) (Hope this works i've never posted a photo before lol!)
