I generally don't bother logging it, unless it happened to be a particularly intense or long session... Then I just use "mild stretching" because I don't know how many calories sex burns, but I figure it's probably more than "mild stretching" so you're probably not reporting more calories than you're actually burning.

I just started on day one and it KICKED my butt! Loving it, though! Can't wait to keep going with it. I was wondering, do you guys do it everyday, every other day, take a break once a week? I'm a little scared of how I'll feel tomorrow! :O
