I just finished Week 3! I'm trying to speed up the program a little now because I slacked off a bit and now I'm only two weeks away from a 4-miler *YIKES*

I do a play on hot pot. Beef stock, bok choy (chopped) ton of mushrooms, thin sliced beef or chicken, soy sauce, pepper oil, sprouts, and shirataki noodles. It is so tasty and then it's easy to freeze and only gets better!

I have one and I'm in the states. They should just get one off of amazon.com, that's the easiest way to find anything!

Done! Wasn't going to work out yesterday because I was feeling pretty darn lazy but instead I did another day of C25K! Extra 30 minutes of exercise!

Try the lozanges, they work really well at giving you a little more control. It provides some nicotine so you can concentrate on the mental addiction first.

Yerp!

I've heard that before...of course pregnancy makes it even HARDER to lose weight ;) Ask your doctor about adjusting the hormone level or switching to a different kind and that will often help people.

www.coolrunning.com Have you been properly fitted for running shoes? I'm on week 3 (again) and love it!

Your diary isn't public so it's hard to tell what the issue may be. Did you speak with your physician before starting a dieting program?

I'd definitely make it for the rest of the day, I only have fake sugar with my coffee in the morning. I already cut out soda and I don't sugar my tea :)
-
Darn...didn't read this until after my morning coffee...too late for the Day 1 challenge :) Maybe I'll try it tomorrow...but I LOVES my Splenda mocha...

My running shoes are Brooks too :) I support ^ a ton! Since getting them my shinsplints and fractures are down to nil! (well those combined with my 5-fingers)

I love my Vibram 5-fingers although I still use my regular running shoes that I was fitted for. If I alternate then I find that I have fewer aches and pains then if I only use one or the other for long periods of time. Of course everyone is different but if you're already running that way then trying out some Vibrams may…

5' 9" and rarely wear heels, I like my comfy granny shoes. Although if I head out then I wear heels, the DH is 6'2" so he'll always tower over me :)

Ergh so far behind...maybe I should work into this slowly and start with 1/2 the miles for this month and try again for all next month?

My husband and I do our own version of wings with chicken tenders/breasts but into bite size pieces. We have our hotsauce/asian zing/etc. and after the pieces are cooked we spin a couple in each flavor :) No skin and barely any sauce but it's pretty close to going to Buffalo Wild Wings and is a nice break from "regular"…

The Mediterranean diet is supposed to be one of the healthiest in the world (Greek's have a longer life-span than most!) More about portion control than what you'd be eating, avoid too many sauces and bready items and nearly everything else is lean protein and healthy fats :) Enjoy!

I just got a used one from craigslist to make sure I use it before upgrading to something crazy-expensive. There are a lot of used treadmills and other exercise equipment online for cheaps because people end up never using them and they take up space. Their loss is my gain ;) Just got a free Bowflex that way

I think at that age the portion control is already in your hands so it's not necessary to be fearful of having him over-eat. We didn't have the "clean plate club" in my household either. I don't think that it is necessary to have the club to get him to eat, he can't leave the table or something until he's fed himself a bit…

I manage about 11 g on most days with every time and again having a higher day when I have more time to make breakfast. My morning shakes only have 11g. Starting on new breakfast next week which I hope will up the protein.

It's great and has a nice slow build :) Welcome!

Gonna try it again, I was a total FAIL last month :)

The point of the sport is to have fake boobs...wonder if the male body builders have their balls measured...? Erm...I think that those women get them to feel more feminine since the chestal region tends to disappear with a low body-fat percentage not that it is "the point of the sport". If ya want em, get em when you can…

I'm up this week. Trying to change my calorie intake up and work out more since I'm training to run more so I sorta expected a gain until my body gets used to it...still disappointing.

I went to highschool with a girl named Misty Dawn...people used to call her foggy morning.

Hey, I'll be at the Gobble Gobble in Cambridge on Thanksgiving too :)

Sounds good, you aimed high so I'm aiming low :) 1. One leg stands - 5 set of 2 to 3 reps on each leg, holding each rep for 10 to 20 seconds. Work your way up to 2 to 3 sets 2. Squats - hold for 5 seconds, and slowly raise yourself back up to a standing position. Repeat 10 times. 3. Bird dog - 10 reps (1 rep equals 5…
