I am 5'6" and currently 164 with a goal weight of 135. I run 3 days a week and try to fit in 1-2 days of strength training in between run days.

Definitely the treadmill. This is really interesting I always just assumed it was harder for everybody. For me it is more of a sensation of running on pavement which I think is harder than the movement of my legs on an elliptical.

chipotle. I know this doesn't have to be a bad option, but when I want to eat chipotle i want the burrito with lots of cheese and sour cream. yummmmmmm, its been too long.
