This is a frequent question here. I have the same issue...does my NET calories need to be 1200+ for my metabolism to work properly? I am confused, because I thought exercise would be extra weight loss. If I eat 1200+ but exercise I do not have a net of 1200...so confused.

My thighs are so sore! I started doing squats and lunges last week. I don't think I have recovered lol. Personally I put it under calisthenics because you are doing pushups, situps (crunches), lunges, squats...I underestimate time (about 15 minutes), because I rather have a lower estimate than an overestimate of calories.

I like to workout before breakfast. I am not talking crazy early, but somewhere between 8 and 11. It seems to give me a lot of energy. I count it as Calisthenics since you are doing pushups, situps(crunches), squats, and lunges. I only counted it as 15 mins because I took a couple breathers and rather underestimate than over. Hope that helps.

I am a 42FF. I wear one of my lovely "tshirt" bras under my sports bra, it hold me firmly in place...however I need a sports bra from my gut...eww gross. lol

No I wouldn't count anything that has had anything added other than LifeWater or VitaminWater. Its not water, its Apple Cider. Shoot, coffee, tea, soda,koolaid would all have to be counted by this logic.

Personally I think she is too skinny for my taste. Not that skinny women aren't attractive, just I like mine more around the size 12 area. Boobs are great, but they don't make up for an ugly face...just saying.

I am obese. I totally agree I have a few extra "curves" that what is implied; however, my waist is almost 20 inches smaller than my hips (yes I am a pear). I love my figure..just working on the extra curves :)

Since starting, I gave myself a goal of only 16 oz. of Mt. Dew per day as I was extremely addicted. WAS is the key word. As I started loggin every day and keeping a watchful mind on my intake, I didn't even have one yesterday...and I didn't even miss it. This week my mini goal will be to push myself to limit the Mt.
