I have dyslexia and I struggle with spelling and reading words correctly every day, but my biggest pet peeve is the incorrect usage of there, their, and they're. Seriously, THERE is a difference!

I have 17 thus far and have set new ones as certain weight loss rewards. I can't wait for my next one :) Only 17 more pounds XD super excited.

I get very fatigued as my iron drops when I get my period. I don't get cramps very bad anymore, but I find that working out actually helps them. I suggest plenty of iron rich foods, water, caffeine if your cramps and fatigue are unbearable and workout at your normal level for those days. Oh and whomever said they get…

I'm like 160 pounds over weight and I do it every day. It WORKS, I am losing inches and pounds. Its hard at first, but you will build up strength and endurance.

Every other weekend I take care of this old lady and she loves to go for walks...which means I push her 150 pound body in a wheelchair while I walk. I just bought a HRM to see the difference in what MFP estimated, and what I am actually doing.

I am up for that.

All my photos are less than a year old and show me at my heaviest. Also I am 3x your size and I can easily burn 900-1000 calories in an hour. I wear a heart rate monitor and I have caught myself at 92% my max heart rate, so I slow down, take a rest and then jump back into it. I think for anyone your size to burn 500 cals…

Level 2/ Day 8 I find level 2 interesting. Plank poses are hard for me, but the rest is really not challenging. I bought heavier weights because I felt like the exercises weren't doing anything (I wasn't feeling a burn). My only complaint is I have been getting a cramp in my right calf about half way through those pendulum…

I have pre-logged once, only because I knew I wasn't going to be near a computer/app for a while. I did follow through. I think pre-logging kind of defeats the purpose. Do the exercise, then log it. That is my opinion.

This sounds amazing. Making some tomorrow :)

Generally this is what I do also, but I get Vanilla Yogurt.

I did this for the first time yesterday. It wasn't really a "meal" it was just simply junk. Afterwards my stomach hurt. But now I am back on the path. I needed to treat myself after 3 weeks of hard work...and I still didn't go over my calories :)

I was 346 pounds when I started it. I just finished Day 12 (Day 2 of level 2) and I have lost 7 pounds and inches are melting away. It is hard, pushups esp, but I do my best. I find jumping jacks painful, so I do something else during that time (butt kicks or skaters). The plank stuff in level 2 is really hard for me at my…

I do Jillian's 30 Day Shred religionly every day. Also rotate weight training areas daily and add 20+ mins of something else (cardio, pilates, calisthenics) if I am not tired and find the time. In less than 3 weeks I have lost 11 pounds and many inches (11 in total) so I am getting great results.

I rarely eat out now that I've started my journey. I am serious about it. I have 3 kids and myself and mother to feed. I purchase 1-2 weeks worth of food at a time. If meat is defrosted, we cook it all, and either refreeze the cooked meat, or make a few meals with it. Wasting money on eating out isn't just making you fat,…

Bacon is one of the only reasons I am not a vegetarian lol. But I find turkey bacon the best alternative :)

First, I dont restrict to heavily (or I know I will fail). I watch calories content and portions. I eat generally less than what MFP sets for me, but I feel full. I do exercise every day. I do 30 Day Shread and some weight training (rotate focal areas) daily. I will be changing up my routine every 10 days, and adding Zumba…

popcorn, rice cakes (I get the mini caramel corn ones), apple slices, cucumber with lemon, and turkey bacon. :)

I had my tubal ligation almost 9 years ago when my twins were born. Now I am not sure how yours was preformed, but mine was done after the c section. I have had less cramps, less PMS like symptoms, and am so regular you can set your calendar to my menstrual cycle. I am sorry you are having these issues, as it is something…

I am on day 8 of level 1 (no rest days) and I had a 2 inch decrease in my hips and bust and one inch decrease in my waist just in 6 days. I am not sure why you aren't having great results, but check your diet?

I weigh and measure myself every 7 days anyway, so it won't be that much work. BTW, after 6 days (I started 1/16) I've lost quite a few inches :) Weigh/Measurement Days will be: 10 Days: Jan. 25 20 Days: Feb. 4 30 Days: Feb. 14
