Well I and on level two day 4 and in that time lost just on 2kgs. Had been losing 600gms a week till then and 2 inches of my tummy and sitll got another 15 days to go. Hard work but only 25minutes and it seems to be working. Good luck :)

I had a backhanded compliment hehe. An older lady who was a complete stranger said "you dress lovely for a big lady". Was having fun but cried all night after that!
