I weigh myself first thing in the morning after I go to the bathroom. I also weigh myself when I am naked. That way I know my weight is not influenced by how much clothing I am wearing, what I have eaten or exercise.

I have always had more success eating back some of my calories. I try to eat back about half on a day that I run (when I burn 400-700 calories). I also try to make the calories I eat back protein.

1st goal is to get into my pre-pregnancy clothes (size 12). Before my 2nd pregnancy I was at my pre-pregnancy weight, but I carried my weight differently, so things didn't fit me the same. The next goal is to get into my size 8-10 clothes.
