My favorite is Brown Cow -- the plain kind! :p

Mee! Just started seriously cutting back. Currently I'm only drinking on the weekends. It's really hard! I love me some wine. I've been supplementing with straight Le Croix seltzer water. It's definitely not the same but it feels special because it's got bubbles :D

I either have yogurt with granola and fruit, or a piece of toast with an egg on top. Or both if I'm hungry :P But bacon isn't the worst thing in the world! Sometimes I'll have a slice or two on the weekends. I think pastries are way worse than a lil bacon. Scrambled eggs with peppers or other veggies is yummy. If I'm on…

I live for cheese! And I just tell myself that my Dr. told me to eat as much calcium as I can before I turn 30 because after that my body can't store any more and starts losing it. lots of cheese = strong bones! :P

wow thanks so much everyone! This is helpful for me. @eemmerson929 I'll check out that FlipBelt @dalhectar I agree! I've been thinking about a GPS watch but they are rather pricy. It does sound pretty handy though. The only other thing is I cycle a lot and would like something that could track that as well. I'll look into…

I just saw this video and thought it was hilarious. I just think about the translations whenever someone yells at me: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=lUJ24mblCLY My favorite is "woo! I hate me too girl!" Hopefully it makes you feel better too

you guys are the best!

Thank you @xynyth! this site looks great

thanks guys! I have been thinking about getting a slow cooker...this is a good excuse  I do try to keep stuff like yogurt and granola bars on hand, but that is something I need to remember. Last year I would be lazy and just get an "easy" snack like a bagel in between work and class and I always regretted that.

haha I love them, my boyfriend thinks I'm crazy. I like to put peanut butter on em. Just imagine it's really crunchy toast. Sometime's i'll make a lunchables style snack and put turkey and cheese on top.

does Grad school count? About to start my second year. My first year was so hard and I gained some weight. Almost shed it all this summer, just reaaaaaaally don't want to gain it all back. :glasses:

it's the best "me" time. I've started listening to podcasts during my run which is fun. Yes to sprinting up hills! So fun. I'm moving this weekend and the biggest thing is I'll get to explore new running routes. A bit sad to leave my old paths behind though...

Can't you just enjoy being active and eating delicious healthy foods? That's enough for me. Its fun! Way more fun than sitting around watching tv and being bored.

It super sucks. I've managed to lose the last "vanity pounds" before so I know that it is possible. Right now it feels like I'm just stagnate and have been for almost a month, even though I haven't changed anything activity or eating wise. My only advice is don't weight yourself every day. I don't own a scale because it…

I'm in the same boat! Anyone can feel free to add me :-)

same thing is happening to me! I'm 5''7', 134lbs. I would love to be 130-129. Last month I lost 4 lbs, this month I haven't lost any weight. It kind of sucks but I think it's because these last few pounds are the hardest to lose. I'm trying to up my exercising to jumpstart it all. Good luck!
