I actually started today & finished the first workout! I've done it before and you will love the results! Stamina, indurance, and weighloss with noticeable muscle gain!! LOVE IT!!!

I am on week 4!! It is such a great program :) I have done a couple of jogs on the treadmill at the gym but most of them are on trails or tracks. If anyone needs support I am here!! My goal is to run my first 5K with my Dad and boyfriend within the next couple of months.

Frozen chicken nuggets & a lot from fast food places ground up the WHOLE chicken (feet, bones, eyes, and all) into a paste so that they can make mass nuggets & save $$$..pretty gross.

I agree!! Losing weight isn't a game and it is so much easier to find motivation when you have people encouraging you.

Muscle confusion!! If you are in a routine of working out every week, your body will get used to it and stop burning as many calories. Try doing something completly different like maybe running/jogging, tennis, different weights, or work out dvds so you put your body in shock and into a calorie burning mode!! :) Best of…

I agree with cartea01. I am on 1200 calories and excercise for at least an hour a day. I feel so tired and exhausted in the worst ways(especially the next couple days) if I don't eat back some of the calories I 've lost from excercise. Then I don't perform as well the next few days excercsing and am super lethargic. It's…

My mother and I did Weight Watchers and we saw fabulous results..until we stopped attending meetings. I think that MFP will be extremely helpful!
