I carry a 24 oz. water bottle everywhere with me. I know I need to drink at least 4 full bottles daily so I try to space them throughout the day. This. All of this. I started running 12 weeks ago at 223 and am now 201 and can run 2 miles straight. It doesn't seem like a lot compared to marathon runners but I could barely run 1 minute 12 weeks ago. Just run. Don't wait until you've lost weight because this is how you'll lose the weight! :)

I weigh myself once, on Sunday mornings, and record it. If I'm having a particularly bad week, I might wait until Monday but I'll still on weigh myself a week.

Bananas, apples, peaches, pineapples, and grapes are all good to eat pre-workout. Bananas especially as they are high in potassium and working out can lower the nutrient.
