5FT 8 and my ideal weight would be 133lbs so around 9 and a half stone. Im currently 139lbs but still cant fit into any of my clothes from 2 years ago.. we shall see what happens when i get there .. i might go a few more lbs. At the end of the day its not about the weight , its about loving myself again!
