There is only so much I can lift,.. so I haven't been pushing that hard. I think I do bicep curls using 30 lbs, I leg press 100 lbs, calf press 90, those sorta numbers..

I have to beg my mom to come visit me for thanksgiving, my sister doesnt talk to me and my brother is too busy w his own life, his wife has a huge family so they just go over there for thanksgiving..
