I think im pretty slow, never really timed myself yet, But I run 13 laps at my gym which equals 1 mile, and I look at the clock and looks like I go about 10 minutes LOL, talk bout slow..

when I was 21 I dated a 33 year old, dated him for 4 years.. I guess in retrospect it wasnt a huge age difference but at the time it kinda felt like it because I was younger.. I had fun w him but he couldnt keep up

McD's had nothign to do w it IMO.. i like their food, I dont eat it all the time .. but i love my occasional Big Mac but if u mix up any combination of foods, its gonna taste/smell bad..
