Holy Cow! You look wonderful! Well done you!!!

Vickeywells: I'd rather say that I am PRO-individual. I'm an optimist. I believe in my fellow man. I believe that people will do the right thing, why-because I do. I greet my fellow human beings with good intentions in all cases. I watch out for my neighbor. I run about spreading fairy dust and rainbows. I'm naive and I…

And the voice of reason speaks!!!! :flowerforyou:

And into the pockets of politicians..... HEINZ Politicians ARE big business. This reminds me of the movie Wally. There are a bunch of fat people floating around with Big Gulps and IPads on a ship whilst this poor little robot is left to find life on earth. People are encouraged and even controlled to be fat and useless by…

YES!!! OR SPEND THE MONEY TO EDUCATE PEOPLE! But that will never happen.....HEINZ

Outlaw ketchup!

The PUBLIC SCHOOLS are government and they are feeding my kid junk. He takes home lunch 99% of the time, yet there's still crap floating around. OUTLAW public school. Our culture is so soaked with junk many people don't the know the difference.

Okay, My cousin (by marriage) doesn't drink, smoke, eat processed foods, she's a judge and she works out five days a week and is a marathon runner. She had a heart attack. Some of these health problems are going to happen anyway. It also was similar when my uncle (by marriage) also had cardiac arrest. Thin, fit, healthy…

This!!!! Okay, let's now ban Betty Crocker, Pillsbury, General Mills, Post, Nestle, and any other processed food companies you can think of. One can't put regulations on EVERYTHING....especially when I'm sure that political donations are in play. I think EDUCATION is much more positive. People don't understand that some of…

Excellent answer....loads of choices. I agree with the EAS whey powder. I use both chocolate and vanilla and I use unsweetened almond milk; chocolate, vanilla and plain. AND IF NEED BE I put a shot of sugar free syrup in it.

Dr. Atkins didn't even like those things. He said use them very sparingly. They really stall my weight loss. Try making some of those low carb muffins for the go. That's what I do.
-
Agreed! HR Monitor. Let us know if you have any questions about those things. They come in a variety of types and prices. I would do HIIT. That's how I got my first 20 pounds off! High Intensity Interval Training!

Okay, Now this might not be as low carb as some of these posted, but I've got one recipe that I've been using (that I developed) simply because I have a surplus of these flours and meals in my cupboard. 1 T of Flaxseed Meal 1 T Coconut Flour 1 T of EAS Vanilla Whey 1 T of Almond Meal 1t of baking powder 1/4 c of frozen…

I just want to be in the middle of the BMI chart. Healthy is 107-145 for my height. I know I'll never be 110 again...and I'm not sure that I want to be either. It was hard to find clothes that fit and I ended up buying clothing in the Girls department size 14-16. LOL!

Hi, I'm at 140. Tomorrow I weigh in again and it's been two weeks. I'd like to get down to 130 now. Although I've been at a healthy weight for a while (Over a month). So, yes, I'm a bit like you. However, I think that I'm continuously losing weight because I'm also a gym rat and I've started running again. When you are at…

You look great! Doesn't it feel wonderful? HINT: you now wear sample size clothing. Look up Rulala, 6pm.com, Smartbargins.com.

Agreed with what this ladies said. I weighted myself April 27 and I won't weight in again until May 11. I also take my measurements. Dr. Atkins said in his first book, that one really should go by the tape measure, not the scales. There's too many variables to that. 1200 C and 1 to 1.5 hours at the gym 6 days a week, isn't…

Wow! Everyone does look great! Excellent job.

Wow oh wow! Well done you! You look great! I bet you're feeling wonderful too!:flowerforyou:

Thanks, I figured with was like leg lifts without any resistance. One would have to do 20 minutes of it for it to do any good. I thought that I would give it a go for a month to see if I see any reduction in my arms.
-
Thanks, I agree. Should of, could of...would of. Well, I logged it high just in case. Thanks for your input!
-
This! Absolutely this! :flowerforyou: Also, It might be water weight. I've made the mistake of weighting myself when retaining water. 2-4 pounds flux is normal. Water weight remedy: 1 T Braggs or organic apple cider vinegar, 1 T of lemon juice in 1/2 cup of warm water three times a day.
-
Wow, the difference is clear! Well done!

Holy cow! You do look sexy! Well done you! Your progression photos are fascinating! They are better than any slick, advertisement for a diet or meal plan I've ever seen! You're inspiring! Thanks for sharing and congratulations! :flowerforyou:

I stay as far away from the scales as possible. It triggers me. I pay more attention to how my clothing fits. When I start getting into my "tiny clothing", I measure myself far, far away from TOM. At times, I also stay away from the tape measure, too. Three years ago, I went to the doctor's and I weighted three pounds more…
