I set my diary up like this. I'm fasting 16:8 at the moment. I may go to a longer fast if I stall.

I tend to feel best somewhat lower carb, but not super low (aiming for 100-150g) So, I'm loosely aiming at 1500 calories 40%C 35%F 25%P I also like to stay under 25g of sugar.

@dccalv2 That would be great. Right now my thought was that I'd try to stay under 100g carbs. @adrishappyjourney Hello, you're going to love IF. I feel great and it's easy to follow. I just ate a chocolate chip cookie, so I'm definitely not cutting everything out, but I do try to eat mostly healthy.

I got into IF trying to avoid counting calories daily, however, I think it's worth the time to check in and make sure I'm not eating too many carbs or too much in general. I don't know that I ever want to go full keto, but I'm willing to go lower carb.

Set the water to boil (leave the eggs in the fridge until it is boiling). Once you achieve a boil, lower eggs into boiling water cover and allow to cook for 10-12 mins (depending on how hard you want the yolk) Remove from heat and put eggs into cold water to get to peeling temp. I like hard ciders, honey wines like Bnectar Zombie Killer, and Twseaonale (dogfish head) is the only GF beer I've tried so far. I liked it a lot, but I like sour fruity beers. I haven't tried any more normal beers yet. =)

I'm in... My husband recently started getting up EARLY (3:30am) M-Th and I can never fall back to sleep. I might as well use some of that time before the kids get up at 6am to workout. =) I slept in on the 1st but I'll being busting it out on the the 2nd. Here we go!!! P.S. Go see a GOOD Massage Therapist and have them work on your lower legs. Those muscles connect down under the arch of your foot like a stirrup. Working on them helps quite a bit, at least it did for me. =) Good Luck.

I totally agree that it was better back in the days when in was "The Daily Plate" That's when I used. I defected shortly after LS took over. Nothing against Lance or his mission...the site just went downhill. =P

Fitday a long time ago, left to get a phone app... Since then have used WeightWatchers, free WW point apps, Calorie King, Livestrong, fatsecret, most recently Loseit. I'm always keeping track. At first it depended on who had a Palm app, then a blackberry app, now a android app. ;-) Now I'm just hashing out which app & site…
