Ok, back on track. This was a good week. I stayed in the green all week and accomplished the fitness goals. It paid off with a 2 pound loss!

Swimming and my boot camp group. Our trainer is awesome! I want to try more Zumba but I have to work on it to build up the cardio endurance. I can do it but I really struggle toward the end of the class.

I was on vacation this week in Maine. It was beautiful. I managed the exercise goals, swimming, walking and no I didn't count shopping! I had a tough time staying in the green for the whole week. I need to get back in the green this week.

Yeah, where is everyone? It has been a good week. I managed 6 out of 7days for staying in the green and 255 minutes of exercise. Oh, how I wish we could keep summer all year long. It is so nice going to the local farmer's market and getting fresh vegetables and fruit and having the time to prepare meals.

Finally, finally a weight lose. I was able to stay in the green 6 out of 7 days. I managed to keep up the exercise despite the heat! Whooo hoooo!

Hang in there Melissa! It gets easier as you keep up the exercise. Go and work out even if the trainer cancels. This week has been better. I have manged to stay in the green all but 1 day. I hope it pays off tomorrow. Take care everyone!
