  • Either set it to active or start eating back your calories. Over 2000 at the end of the day is a bit much. I would go and do the whole Fat2Fit measurements.   • I did not know untill recently that aspartame could trigger migraines. Only found out cause I had to research it. Why? Because since going on my Heath kick I started drinking Coke Zero, started getting more than double my usual migraines and wanted to figure out why.

  • Crystal Light has Aspartame in it and that can cause migraines.
  • Losing the weight slowly is NOT a bad thing. In fact in a lot of cases it is preferable to losing it quickly. I am planning on taking more than a year to lose the weight I want to. By the time I am done, I SHOULD have retrained myself to eat in a healthier and more sustainable way. SO not sure why you think that is a BAD…
  • This has happened to me twice. If I put it in the pocket on the wrist band it comes out. So I have gone with just clipping it half in half out of the wrist band pocket.. I love mine. Need to actually replace it, since I lost it. I am currently wearing my husbands. It gives me the motivation I need to get up and move.
  • Yeah, I think I would get a second opinion. Also if you are having such health problems that lead to you being out on a 500 calorie a day diet, and YOUR ARE NOT over weight, then why are you burning so many calories as well? Sounds kinda insane to me. Again I would get a second opinion.
