I haven't had the chance to start it yet, life's been so crazy lately, but i'm still on the 30 day shred, and when I started that I was taking like 2 minutes breaks just to catch my breath, it's definitely normal, your body will adjust with time!

I took a day off from level 3 today, my back has still been bugging me, so when I wake up in pain, i'm gonna give it a break, but i managed to clean the kitchen, ( even the disastrous cupboards) and now im about to head outside to start working out there ( and hopefully get a nice tan too ) and then maybe the elliptical…

Oh thats awesome, Thats the problem I have, i haven't been drinking smoothies as much lately and my strawberries are going bad! what is the nutritional value of a smoothie?

Well I started level 3 today, the cardio with the weights was quite a shock to my system, I bet i'll be sore tomorrow! But i finally got some decent sports bras ( i know, TMI ) but I think things shall be ... easier to do now. not sure if im looking forward to tomorrow yet.

I am the same, I eat what I want, without going over calories, and If i do go over calories, I do some exercise to get back under, every little bit counts!

i vary, I have to have something playing in the background, wether it be TV or music, as long as it's not the workout playing, i'm good!

just finished level 2! gonna take a rest day tomorrow since i've had none, start level 3 nice and early monday morning!

almost done it, and i cannot wait. I have not enjoyed level 2 in the slightest, i don't know why i'm not enjoying it, i loved level 1, i'm really hoping level 3 goes as well as level 1.

oh man, 8 pound weights? i'm still struggling with 3! at the end of the shred, im gonna buy some 5lb weights to try and get my body into using, but I still can barely lift them above my head!

the first couple days I felt a bit sick and dizzy afterwards, are you eating something light before you work out? you may need to, that is what helped me, it does get easier!

Oh thats awesome to have a Team Beachbody coach in the group! I've heard about shakeology, but I don't know much about it, I'm poor so i'm using my friends copy of insanity along with what's available on youtube! haha What different kinds of shakes are available?
