@ahmedmahdy888 thank you for your reply. People who haven't really battled with their weight don't understand, they just say things like it's easy to lose weight just stop putting food in your mouth which is a ridiculous thing to say as we need to eat to live. I'm so glad you're having success with your weight loss,…

I'm starting over again and today is my first day of my new journey. I'd like to lose over 100lbs and was devastated when I weighed myself this morning to find I was almost back to my all time heaviest. But today is a new day, new start, and MFP and Fitbit has really helped me in the past so determined it will again. Good…

Same here. Weighed myself this morning and was devastated to see I'm 9lbs away from being back to my all time heaviest. So annoyed with myself that after all that hard work losing weight it's almost all been put back on... but no point being negative, it is what it is, and now today is my first day of my new weight loss…

Hi today is my first day starting over. I've used MFP quite a few times in the past and it helped, and also using Fitbit too, my biggest problem is finding the motivation to exercise. I weighed myself this morning and was devastated to see I'm 9lbs away from being back to my heaviest ever and have put 40lbs on in the past…

Hi, when I was having a tattoo on my leg about a month ago, the artist's daughter was showing him designs for the palms of her hands. He said it was pretty pointless because he'd done something similar for someone else and it didn't last, so it would have to be re-done over and over again. I know you asked about fingers…

I've had quite a few all around the ankle area and they were ok. I think the most uncomfortable part was the shading, but it couldn't have been that bad because I'm planning my next

Hi, I have done the GI Diet in the past and I lost just over 2 stone in four months. There are a lot of GI Diet books out there but the one I've got is by Rick Gallop and I also have the recipe book which are both great. If you are prepared to more or less cook everything from scratch then I would definately stick with it…

I tried WeightWatchers and did lose some weight but I just found that it seemed to take ages tracking points etc. If you just have WeightWatchers products it's quick and easy because the ProPoints value is already worked out for you, but there are a lot of foods that aren't in their books or on their online database, so…

I always do my weigh in on a Friday, purely because I'm in the same routine all week but usually at the weekend I eat at different times to normal (and sometimes go over on my calories).

You look fab and more importantly really happy. Well done! :drinker:

Now that's dedication

Wow that is amazing well done, having pics really helps show the change. I'm sure you've inspired alot of people, you've certainly given me an extra boost.

Kettlebells (especially used with the Kettleworx program) is fantastic. I've also got a Wii, mini stepper, dumb bells and of course a load of dvd's, but I'm currently just using my cross trainer which is great!
-
I try to do about 30 minutes on the cross trainer everynight with my ipod spurring me on.
