  • I am and I'm on day 13 today. I just started workout 2 yesterday. I was going to wait till I "mastered" level 1 but my one knee had started to hurt so I thought I should move up to change up the knee stuff. I am starting to feel stronger. I was/am usually a workout hater but I am starting to get addicted to this. :)
