Hi there. My dietetics notes on DM states the following: Carbs = 50-65% of total energy. Protein = 10-20%. Fat (mono-unsaturated fatty acids) = <30%. Obviously this is the generic diet for a typical diabetic individual, maybe it will help. Venting is always good! :)

Haha nooooooo I'm not smart, I just study a LOT !! But I do work at a take away food cafe in the vacations to pay for classes. And no you are definitely not alone :D

Hi Kelsey, I'm Estelle. I actually suffer from OCD and anxiety myself. I'm a med student so I spend a lot of time in front of my desk studying, but I am really looking forward to becoming fit again! I'll support you, together we will reach our goals :)
