I stick with the calorie intake that MFP suggests. It's hard for me to get to that point at times though. Maybe up the weight training? I've had to up my workouts since I'm getting closer to my goal weight. My body would just "cheat" at the usual workouts and my weight stayed the same. :grumble: Also, make sure you're eating enough during your meals. Hope that helps :flowerforyou:

Watching my hubby put together the elliptical machine right now. He's so cute!:tongue: This is going to take a while, it's very labor intensive. I should be back later to post my workout if I do it.
