We have a gym at my work and the ellipticals and treadmills have satellite tvs on them. So, I go at 1 when my favorite soap is on. It really helps me alot. Time seems to go by faster.

Everything in moderation and daily exercise. Give multi-grain or wheat pasta a try. It takes getting used to but it's not bad. It satisfies my pasta cravings. :)

It's important to reward yourself with a treat once in awhile. Of course, don't overdue it but one meal, one day a week as a reward for your efforts can be a big motivational boost...at least for me it is. For instance, I lost my first 10 pounds so I treated myself to a new sub place that just opened. I didn't go to crazy…

Be careful with the Lean Cuisine meals as well as the other "lean" frozen dinners. They are very high in sodium and carbs. You need to net at least 1200 calories or your body with go into a starvation mode and will start storing the fat that it is getting. Good luck!!
