Hi! I've been on a healthy living journey since 2006...but i have been up and down over the years and had a few babies. Been struggling since the birth of my last baby 2yrs ago and want to get back on track. It's oct 25th and I have a goal of losing 10#s by Christmas. Want to help each other out?

I have 4 kids ages 11, 7, 4 and 18mos. I do dvds and i have a treadmill and elliptical i use at home. A gym was never practical for me, ao ive been working out at home since my first was about 18mos old.

Eat no fewer than 1200. You said you eat between 1000-1200. You body may be in store/starvation mode.
