Congratulations! That is an awesome achievment! I guess I could celebrate the fact that I jogged on a treadmill, in the gym, for the first time in my life yesterday. I didn't run as long as I could, but I was proud!

Don't sweat it. Eat what you want for dinner and if your body needs the extra cals, you'll wake up starving and make up for it in the morning with a healthy breakfast. :)

And a year ago, I couldn't walk 20 feet without being out of breath. Now I can run for an hour. It takes time, patience and dedication. If you can't do your workout cant you alter the movements or exercises so you can do it? You will improve in time. Be patient and don't give up!

Just ask for an instructor to show you how to properly use all of the machines. Most places do this at least once without charging. They will walk you through everything you want to use and give you some ideas. Enjoy!
