At first, those 'kind' of people annoyed me. Then I learned to eat prime rib, potatoes, bread and dessert in front of them, all while still losing weight. The look on their faces is priceless.

When I start to lag in motivation, I make a list of WHY I want to lose weight & get fit. Then, I write a list of what I HAVE to do to get there. It always works once you want it bad enough. You can do this!

I do, but I drink it without the caffeine. I use my Keurig and put 2 regular teabags in the cup. I then add frozen blueberries and a bit of honey to my mug and brew the tea into it. I absolutely love it and may start drinking it more often. I don't think I'd lose weight from it, but the health benefits are awesome. :)

I broil mine in the oven if I can't grill it outside. I usually put a tiny bit of salt and some fresh ground pepper on it. If I'm in the mood for something sweeter, I'll baste it with some fresh OJ and maple syrup with a bit of minced garlic in it.

Going low carb reduces the fluid in your tissues. As soon as they start eating carbs again, that weight comes back. That's why I don't like any kind of fad diet. I can't imagine not having many carbs the rest of my life. I love food..

While running I average 165 and maintain that for an hour, kind of high for an old lady, but I haven't tipped over yet. Biking around 135.

I'm not sure why peanuts would be bad for you.. I make my own almond butter with truly raw almonds. Just put them in a food processor and pulse until creamy. It's delicious on bananas or apples.
