Go to a running store that will scan your feet, watch you run, walk, jog and spend at least an hour or so with you. If they don't do that, go somewhere else. It is 100% worth the time! Good luck and I hope you get some relief soon.

I have to take Zyrtec daily and use my inhaler if it's cold out and even if I open the window while I'm on my treadmill. Don't give up! Try walking first, keep your inhaler with you and make sure you keep seeing your Dr. if you have problems. It gets a lot easier after losing just 10lbs. ETA: I also have to warm up longer…

Warning, I'll be blunt! Today I had pizza, cookies and a peanut butter cup. But, I also jogged for over an hour. Get moving and burn some of those cals so you can have what you want! That way, when you wake up on Jan. 2nd, you won't be wearing a bigger size pair of jeans!

When you get the flu and lose 8lbs, it's mostly due to umm bulk and water weight due to not being able to eat. You'd be surprised how much that 'stuff' weighs. It is shocking when you find out just how bad stuff is. For me, the latest 'aha' anyway, is Pumpkin Milk. It has 290 calories in 8 OUNCES. I used to drink a tall glass, probably over 16oz, 600 cals or more. It is probably 50% fat and 49% corn syrup & 1% pumpkin. lol

I'm a bit taller at 5'3" SW 179 CW 144 GW 125ish or when I'm happy with the size/looks of my tummy. I've gone from a tight size 16 to a loose size 8, since Christmas Eve last year. Lost over 40 inches. :)
