My update April 4-100 min April 5-0 April 6-60 min April 7-180 min April 8-20 min April 9-250 min April 10-225 min April 11-152 min April 12-not yet exercised but I will have a workout and coaching soccer today Total=987+(April 1-3 total 310)=1297 so far!

Congrats! What may I ask is helping you drop the weight? I am 5'2 and 150 lbs. I want to drop 25lbs. Just curious b/c I have dropped 10 but gotten stuck. You look awesome!!!!

I appreciate all the answers on here. I have been stuck at only losing 4 lbs in the past couple of months and have been eating around 1100-1200 calories a day. I want to drop around 20-25 lbs and I am working out daily-cardio and strength building with no results. I am guessing by all the info on here that it is due to me…

my kids just ignore me now. At first I was paranoid but as I kept working at it they would tell me how proud they were of me. They would also say momma you are looking smaller, which is encouragement in itself. Just do what you are comfortable doing. I told my hubby that he either had to shut up or go away b/c his comments…

Since 1/1 I am down from 157 to 147. I have lost 4 lbs since starting MFP. Slowly losing but happy that my clothes are starting to fit better.

I have two hearts on my shoulder that have two of my sons names in them. I have a third son now and have to add his name and heart. That is the only tat I have.

usually when it is that time of the month, I have a day where I consume more calories but I still log everything. I feel accountable if I log it.

I use wii fit plus and EA Sports Active 2. Both games tell you the calories you have burned and both can really make you work up a sweat.

My boys do karate, wrestling, and jiu jitsu. I love to watch them but don't feel comfortable in doing it myself. It is a great way to learn self defense and also burn calories. I just have a fear of exercising or doing anything with people watching.

I like the propel zero water and it comes in great flavors. I am the same way about not being a thirsty person. I can drink anywhere from 2-6 cups a day but don't seem to drink more. I am not thirsty and when I try to drink the water anyways I feel bloated and miserable. Any tips for that?

Thanks for the information. I do agree that you need to eat 6 small meals a day. I had gestational diabetes and my father has type 2. I was told that if I don't eat healthy and move more to lose weight then I have a 60% chance of getting type 2 diabetes. This was information given to me by the endocrinologist. They also…

I usually drink maybe 4-5 drinks a day including water. I am not a big drinker either. I like to just sip and go...LOL!

My parents recorded Rainbow Brite on VHS tapes for me so I would sit and watch tv when they were busy...lol! Loved Care Bears also.
