I do end up eating fast food at least one day a week. I try to pick grilled chicken sandwiches or the wraps.

I had a turkey sandwich on a whole wheat sub roll. I put a pickle and lettuce on it. It was low in calories and very feeling!

IF you feel that bad then do a little extra exercising today to burn the extra calories. I am sure you will be fine. I have had those days as well. My kids love oreos and chocolate chip cookies. Just found out today that my husband is diabetic. I had gestational diabetes but that is now gone. I have to figure out how to grocery shop and cook different now. Good luck to you and your husband. If you figure out any recipes or tips please let me know.

Wii fit burns calories and is a lot of fun. If you do the running, hula hooping, dance, and things like that you burn many calories. I enjoy it. I would also recommend Wii Active. It is a lot of fun and does cardio and strength training combined in one workout. Most last 20-45 minutes depending on intensity level.

This is my problem as well! I have been at a stall for 2 months now. My weight fluctuates 2 lbs back and forth. I am wanting to see the scale drop! I work out 5-6 days a week. I am frustrated! Good for you not getting frustrated!
