    No pic but I eat nonfat yogurt (80 calories) and a cup of coffee with creamer ( about 70 calories total)

    i had an egg muffin thing, it has to be less than 90 calories. i made 4 of them with 3 eggs, two handfulls of chopped spinach, 1/4 onion, 1/4 tsp of baking soda, and chilli powder, and a little bit of milk to bulk. poured them into muffin tray.

    and pineapple!

  • 2 eggs over easy, 2 slices of turkey bacon or jimmy deans turkey sausage crumbles with diced green peppers and onions mixed in to top the eggs with. A a slice of aunt millies 40 cal per slice bread. yummm. if i go with the bacon rather than the sausage I use salsa over my eggs for extra flavor.

    Some lovely ideas and pictures on here. Breakfast is my fave meal of the day and I love trying new ideas

    Barney butter and jelly oats!

    1 packet mccanns instant Irish oatmeal made with water
    1 tbsp barney butter almond butter (smooth or chunky)
    1/2 tbsp smuckers sugar free raspberry preserves
    1/4 cup fresh raspberries

    211 calories

    Great with blueberries instead of raspberries or using strawberries!

    Can't show you because I just ate it (*grin*) but I had:

    One whole egg and two egg whites, scrambled with a little skim milk
    10 cherries
    Cavendish hash brown pattie
    International Foods French Vanilla coffee with skim milk and stevia

    Total of 400 cals and I'm very full - almost too full - and I haven't finished my coffee yet.

    1/2 cup yummy baked beans and 1 cup of glazed fruit salad amd a glass of water....I know I know not a traditional breakfast...but then again I'm not a traditional gal!:laugh:
