Egg, Tomato & Scallion sandwich
hard boiled egg, 2 slices tomato, tsp of dijonnaise, 1/4 slice provolone cheese, chopped scallions on whole wheat english muffin. It was MMMMM, MMMMM GOOD!
234 cals / 30 carbs / 8g fat / 15g protein / 9g sugar (using MFP recipe builder)
You could lighten it up by using bagel thins - I just didn't have any.0
