This morning i had my strawberry oatmeal it's 1/2 cup of old fashioned oats, 1 tbps of ground flax seed, 3 packets of truvia, and an 1/8 tsp of maple flavoring, mircowave for 2 1/2 mins. and cut up 5oz of strawberries and throw on top. It clocks in at around 220 to 230 and i add a cup of milk to drink yum yum yum
And this morning was extra good had fresh picked strawberries0 -
Lite Strawberry Yogurt with vanilla granola and raspberry and strawberries0 -
I never have time to make breakfast. I always have to take mine to work and eat it there. I usually have orange juice and a Kelloggs FIber Plus granola bar. I also really like Cream of Wheat Cinnabon flavor or original flavor Cream of Wheat with fig butter swirled in. Low in calories but substantial.0

This morning I had a 2 egg white omlette with tomatoes, onions and mushrooms. 1 piece whole wheat toast and 2 slices of bacon.
Calorie count for this was 180 and extremely filling!0 -
Most mornings I make myself a breakfast sandwich. It includes:
2 slices of whole wheat toast (nature's own) 100
2 pieces of low sodium Turkey bacon (butterball) 50
1 slice of ultra thin Swiss cheese (sargento) 40
1 large egg 70
Total : 260
Oh and to jazz up eggs (I'm not the biggest fan) I use sodium free Greek Seasonings. Its 0 calories and absolutely delicious!0 -
Been eating this for about 3 weeks now bc it's sooooooooooooo yummy and filling...
2 oz smoked turkey sausage - 90 cals (1/4 of a package, doesn't look like much at first, but I cut it up)
3 hard boiled egg whites - 51 cals (I don't like the yolks, so I take them home and give them to my dogs, lol)
1 piece whole wheat toast - 50 cals
1 tbsp peanut butter - 95 cals
1/2 banana - 53 cals
TOTAL CALS = 339 (& 28 protein)

Today:
1 boiled egg
1/2 Citrus Salad
1 package of Belvita Breakfast Biscuits (Golden Oat)
360 cals
and a cup of Mate Vana tea
This is a regular combo for me but I switch up the fruits. I also make mini quiche in a muffin tin. 1 egg each in each tin combined with your choice of meat (or not), veggies and a little cheese. They're great if you're too busy to make breakfast every morning. I make a batch and put the rest in baggies in the fridge then pop'em in the microwave the next day.0 -
Coffee, brewed from grounds - 1 cup
2 packets of Splenda
2 TBS half and half
Nutrigrain cereal bar (apple, strawberry, or blueberry) - I switch it up
Small gala apple
Yopliat Greek 2x protien 4oz strawberry flavor

Currently I'm having:
Oatso Simple: Sultanas, Raisins, Cranberry & Apple Favour with skimmed milk - 134kcals
1 250ml glass of Ocean Spray Cranberry juice - 120kcals
1 Mug of Peppermint Tea - 0kcals
Pretty basic, but it tastes great and keeps me full until lunchtime!0 -
A lot of times I have 2 Eggo whole wheat waffles and a V8. It's only 170 cal. Usually holds me through to my 10am snack.0

1 Cup 100% egg whites (from Egg Whites International) mixed with 1 cup skim milk, 2 tbsp sugar-free chcolate syrup mixed in. It's a perfect protein shake and it's easy to down first thing in the morning, like a glass of chocolate milk! :drinker:0

No pictures, but I have two cups of fruit rings cereal and 1/2 cup of fat free darigold milk, comes to 220 for the cereal and 45 for the milk.0

2 poached eggs with 1/2 oz of good cheddar cheese. If you're going to eat cheese - make sure it's really good cheese!!!0
