My 30day shred finally came in today! I finished Level 1 Day 1. It wasn't hard-just a tad bit challenging. But it went by super fast! I took a picture of what I look like today. Will be doing the c25k app as well while doing this. Hopefully in 30days I will see my stomach fully toned!

I started the weight loss and workout journey a bit less than a month ago. I ordered and received today the 30 day shred. I did the Level 1 Day 1. It was challenging but not impossible. I did week5Day1 today. I have been spending two weeks on each week. It gives me the time to focus on form and then clean up to get to a 6.0 speed through the entire run. It's slower than I would like, BUT, it allows me to focus on form, increase speed and limit potential injuries. I will be on here for 2 weeks so anyone…

I just completed Week3 of c25k. My gfs are saying my thighs and legs are getting very cut(defined). I am at the point where I can run 10mins nonstop. Ice lost 11lbs so far.

I am 5'4". I wen tto the dietician and physician prior to joining MFP. I was told that I am obese and have a very small frame. So, I need to be in the 118-125 range. 3 yrs ago, I lost all my weight. I went from 170lbs to 123lbs. I looked and felt amazing! Fast forward 3 yrs-due to work pressures, life and moving-I've gone back up to 165lbs. Hi. I joined this site a month back. I've been steadily working on motivating myself to go to the gym and cleaning up my diet.
