  • I have a very small group of friends on here, but each is amazingly supportive. I try to do the same for each of them as well.   • I wea a sports bra and a sleeveless cotton shirt that is not tight(breathable). It allows me to wick the moisture if I cannot get it with the towel. Even if my body were taunt-I still would not wear a sports bra w/out appropriate cover. I think it is just plain tacky.
  • I plug in my pandora, headphones and then run for 4 songs. I am trying to run nonstop outdoors for 3.2miles. On treadmill, I can run 3 miles without a struggle.

  • I did my first 5k last week, Saturday. I turned on my pandora, my c25k app and followed it. I was told that I needed to pace myself and go very very slow in my pace that way I could finish w/out hurting for a week thereafter. Good luck to you. I wish you a successful and injury-free run. :)
  • I don't want to spend too much, so what I do (I have DD's) is: Regular underwire bra plus a Champion sports bra from Target over. This solves my problem wonderfully! Good luck.

  • I am doing the C25K app. I am on Week 5. As there is only 21 days left in May, I will opt to do 2 miles a day. That equals a total of: 42 miles for May. Thanks for the challenge!

  • I have curly frizzy hair. I use conditioner on my ends only. I use a wide tooth comb to gently untangle hair. I use almond oil (3drops) while it is damp. Post dry(to keep hair tame), I use argon oil. I do not use Moroccan oil as Argon oil is better and Morroccan oil has only a bit of argon oil in it.
  • I got a FT7 last night. I inputted all data and used it for my run today. A 30 min run gave me 344 calorie burn. A further 10 min elliptical (I really pushed myself) gave me a burn of 104 calories. Gut tells me the 104 calories was a bit excessive. New to the HRM world so not sure- anyone have any idea's?
  • 3 exercises are: 2 dynamic and 1 static stretch 1. Walk for 30 feet on your tiptoes taking small steps 2. Walk on your heels for 30 feet taking small steps. 3. Stretch where you put your knee against a wall and stay for 30 seconds. Switch and do the same with other leg for 30 seconds. You should feel it in your calves.

  • Per the DVD manual-one is to do the DVD everyday for 30 straight days. 10 days on each level(3 levels). In addition, one is to add cardio on top every other day to doing the Shred DVD.

  • I am doing my day 5 tonight. I took a break yesterday because I ran 5k and needed a break from the shred as the day before I did shred, 4 min abs, 5k and a spin class. PHEW...can I be honest and say I am NOT looking forward to dealing with her bubbly pushy personality today?
